Hey there! I'm Tiffany Go — a 20-year-old college student who combines fashion and beauty content to inspire other people with my style and personality. I am also a self-love advocate who believes that self acceptance is the cure for perfectionism and unhappiness. It empowers me every time I remember that I am enough and I accept myself as I am because it is my doorway of cultivating authentic power and living my life purposefully.

I used the art of makeup as an instrument for intentional self-care and undeniable self-love because makeup doesn't just transform me on the outside. It transforms me from within, filling me with a sense of empowerment and strength.
When asked what my favorite part of myself is, my thoughts immediately go to my hair.
Growing up, I didn't have the same mentality though because my biggest insecurity was my hair. But then I realized that my hair is part of my identity and I should be proud of it. The moment I started to embrace my fancy waves was the moment I became true to myself and a lot of opportunities came. But the most heartwarming moments are when other women thank me for being an inspiration to embrace their natural curls.
Big thing that helped was that earlier this year, I discovered and started doing the Curly Girl Method (CGM). It was through CGM that my curls finally started to come back to life. I am also grateful for my love of my life for being the most awesome and supportive partner. He cheered me on when I decided to embrace my curls. He helped me realize that my hair was part of my identity and I should be proud of it, and I'm so thankful.
Taking care of my hair may seem like a long process for some people, but I want my hair to be as healthy as it can be because it's still part of who I am. When I wear it natural, I feel more comfortable - more me. It's not perfect, neither am I. It never turns out the same each time I style it, it's unique and kind of quirky and weird sometimes just like me.
My curly hair has taught me that self-love encompasses so many aspects of our being. I'd rather spend my time trying to better myself because no matter where I go, I'm always going to be me.
